Mii+ Return & Exchange Policy
At Mii+, we value our customers and want you to love every purchase. We understand the challenges of online shopping and are committed to providing exceptional service to ensure a seamless experience.
Return & Exchange Conditions
1.    Eligibility:
o    Online purchases (excluding gifts) made through miipius.com can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
o    Items must be unused, undamaged, and include all original tags and packaging.
o    Non-returnable if:
    The product has been altered (e.g., washing, dyeing, or cutting original straps).
    Tags or packaging are missing.
2.    Free Returns (U.S. Only):
o    Contact us first for a prepaid shipping label after your return request is approved.
How to Return an Item
1.    Step 1: Log in to your Mii+ account and go to "My Orders."
2.    Step 2: Select the order you wish to return and choose a request type.
3.    Step 3: Fill out the required details and submit.
Refund Process
•    Refunds are processed within 24 hours after we receive and inspect your return.
•    The refund will be issued to your original payment method within a few business days.
